Full Conference fee is due at time of registration.

Cruise fee deposit is due when contacted by our travel agent, Elda Awapara-Maldonado.

      Single occupancy $200

      Double occupancy $100 per person

      Triple or Quad occupancy approx $75-$50 per person.

Additional payment dates:

Final payment of cruise fee balance is due October 1st, 2012.

Cancellation policy:  

Any cancellations after July 1st, 2012 will be subject to a $25 administration fee plus whatever fees Royal Caribbean chooses to charge.

Pre-Cruise Party: 

Whether you are local or out of town don't miss out on any of our conference 

events including our pre-cruise party on Wednesday January 23rd, 2013. 

Time, location and ticket prices to be announced.

We have arranged a special rate for Wednesday night at a local hotel 

with convenient access to Port Everglades and the Ft. Lauderdale Airport.
